SUMMARY:Satellite Beach Volunteer Planting Day
DESCRIPTION:The City of Satellite Beach will be hosting a volunteer planting day on September 1 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the stormwater pond just to the north of the City’s Public Library. The event will involve planting native plants along the shoreline of the pond\, which will help to increase its nutrient retention capabilities as well as create additional habitat for local wildlife.
