DESCRIPTION:Learn to make oyster volcanoes with MRC! These concrete and jute “volcanoes” will be deployed around the Indian River Lagoon in an effort with Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to restore critical shoreline habitat and recruit oyster spat.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWorkshop 1 \nMonday\, April 4th from 3:30PM – 6:00PM \nWorkshop 2 \nTuesday\, April 5th from 3:30PM – 6:00PM \nWorkshop 3 \nWednesday\, April 6th from 8:00AM – 11:00AM \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWorkshops will be held at the MRC campus\, located at 3275 Dixie Hwy NE\, Palm Bay\, FL 32905 \nPlease wear clothes you don’t mind getting concrete on\, and don’t forget your reusable water bottle! \n\nIf you would like to volunteer\, please contact caitlin@mrcirl.org \nfor more information and to reserve your spot.
