DESCRIPTION:The meeting is scheduled to begin at 12:30 PM with lunch and presentations to begin at 1:00 PM on September 30. \nDuane De Freese and Virginia Barker to present. \nThe format will include a presentation from a representative for each ballot initiative appearing on the November ballot\, followed by opportunities for the audience to engage directly with each group. \nIn addition to the presentations\, the plan is to have informational tables set up with handouts and educational materials and hope to have representatives from the different groups on hand at the tables to answer questions.
