The Marine Resources Council (MRC) once again teams with the Great Bike-Bar-A-Thon Charity Bicycle Pub Crawl group to raise awareness and funds to save the Indian River Lagoon\, Saturday\, October 2\, 2021! This is the Bicycle group’s 3rd collaboration with MRC. The group hopes to attract over 150 riders and raise over $7\,000.00 to benefit MRC’s effort to protect and improve the water quality of our cherished lagoon. \n  \nPub Crawl participating venues include Sebastian’s most popular destinations\, including Pareidolia Brewing\, Mash Monkey’s Brewing\, Capt. Butcher’s\, Capt. Hiram’s\, Earl’s\, Pelican Pub\, and the Tiki Bar. \n  \nThe event is free to participate in. \n  \nFunds for the charity are raised through event shirt sales. \nClick here to purchase your event shirt. \nEvent shirts are $25\, and you don’t want to be the only one on the ride without a shirt. All participants need to register for their shirts ASAP. Shirts are only available by preorder and are not available for sale the day of the event. If you do not wish to purchase a shirt\, we ask that you make a donation while you are along for the ride; every little bit helps. It’s more than ever time to “Live More Green and Live More Lean” with Suzanne & Joe Elliott\, Founders and Directors from HOTY on the Island. \nWe will be hosting a free mini-Yoga session to warm-up. A Yoga Mat is NOT necessary\, but if you want one\, we suggest a cheap beach straw mat and/or beach towel or HOT Yoga mat\, you can keep your belongings on it or use after jumping in the ocean to sun dry. We will be doing Standing Yoga poses only\, known to warm-up the body and as a way to TAKE A STAND to honor nature and outdoor life and living in the Sunshine state. Earn good karma for our Mother Earth on the beach and help us help KBB with our Adopt-A-Shore clean-up. It will be very Therapeutic to practice our Healing\, Original\, Therapeutic YOGA inhaling the salty air from the sea as we watch the Sun Rise to help us Seize the Day! SEAS the Day! Feel the Rays!
