Beach Clean-up – Aquarina Melbourne Beach

Join Surfrider and the Aquarina community as we cleanup our beach! Organized in memory of ‘Smarty’ a Toller retriever who loved watching the shorebirds soaring through the sky, romping down a clean beach, and yes, splashing in the ocean. When participants bring back a bucket of debris, plastics and trash, they will receive a special “Smarty’s Army” T-Shirt! Pickup tongs, trash receptacles and water will be provided. Bring refillable water bottles (no plastic disposable bottles please!). Student volunteer hours given. Start the New Year off right!
