MRC Executive Director Dr. Leesa Souto Ph. D. will speak on the current health report of the Indian River Lagoon and present the question, “Will the local unmanned systems technology industries help save our lagoon?”
AUVSI Space Coast Satellite Chapter President Todd Hillhouse will present on the use of unmanned systems technology to collect data in support of lagoon restoration and wildlife conservation efforts.
Nexutech, LLC. Senior Vice President John Lambert will lead an interactive discussion of event attendees, with the goal of establishing programs and processes to mobilize local unmanned systems resources (both aircraft and surface vehicles) to support MRC lagoon science and restoration efforts.
